Magdalena Kozłowska holds a PhD in Jewish Studies and an MA in cultural studies from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. She works as an assistant professor at the University of Warsaw, Poland. Her monograph on the interwar Bundist youth movement in Poland appeared in 2016. Currently she is workings on a book under the provisional title: Easterners: Polish Jews’ Perspectives on Jews from Islamic Countries in the Interwar Period.
