Ilana Goldberg

Ilana Goldberg is pursuing an M.A. degree in Yiddish literature at Tel Aviv University. An academic kolboynik with 20+ years experience as a translator and editor, she came on board Iberzets to support its expansion to an English reading audience. Ilana holds a B.A. in Bible and Assyriology from Hebrew University, an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology from NYU and a Ph.D. in Anthropology from Bar Ilan University. Currently Ilana works as an instructor and program coordinator at NYU Tel Aviv, New York University's study-away site in Israel.
