Maksim Goldenshteyn is the author of So They Remember: A Jewish Family’s Story of Surviving theHolocaust in Soviet Ukraine (University of Oklahoma Press in 2022). He has written for regional newspapers including The Seattle Times. He is a member of the Society for Romanian Studies workinggroup on the Holocaust and the Second World War.
