Jennifer Young is YIVO's Digital Learning Curator and served as Director of Education at YIVO for three years. She is a doctoral candidate at NYU, finishing a dissertation on Jews, blacks, and interracial activism in the American Communist movement. Her article “The Jewish People’s Fraternal Order and the Radical Politics of Ethnic Culture,” will appear this summer in "A Vanished Ideology: Essays on the Jewish Communist Movement in the English-Speaking World in the Twentieth Century," published by the State University of New York Press.
