Cassandra Euphrat Weston is a PhD student in history and Judaic Studies at the University of Michigan. Her research interests center on the juncture of race, class, political language, and the Yiddish left in the United States in the early 20th century. She has studied Yiddish at the Boston Workmen’s Circle and the Yiddish Book Center’s Steiner Summer Yiddish Program and has previously worked in nonprofit and political fundraising, communications, and digital organizing. She is currently the Managing Editor/ Development Associate for In geveb.
