Guy Tabachnick is a translator and soon-to-be PhD student in linguistics interested in the culinary customs of Central and Eastern Europe. He has assisted in pig slaughter festivals in Slovakia and was briefly a minor elected official in the Czech Young Greens. He no longer lives in Prague.
