Josh Parshall

Josh Parshall is the Director of the History Department at the Goldring/Woldenberg Institute of Southern Jewish Life, based in Jackson, Mississippi. His academic interests include southern/Jewish histories, secular Yiddish culture, and Jewish politics. He holds a Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Josh hopes to someday write a cultural history of bicycles in America.
