Matthew Brittingham

Matthew H. Brittingham is a PhD candidate in Emory University's Graduate Division of Religion. His research focuses on the changing depiction of freethinkers in the American Yiddish press. He has taught courses in Jewish studies and religious studies at Emory, Agnes Scott College, and the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He was also a 2019-2020 Translation Fellow at the Yiddish Book Center.
