Saulė Valiūnaitė

Saulė Valiūnaitė is a historian working in Vilna (today it‘s called Vilnius and is a capital of Lithuania) focusing on Lithuanian Jewish history, although, as a Vilner, she would love to spend all her time just researching the history of the interwar Jewish community of this city. This professional interest (or rather passion) led Saulė to learning and eventually falling in love with Yiddish.
